Class Descriptions


Meditative Yoga - Mondays 5:45-7:00pm

A slow paced gentle yoga practice with a focus on the meditative aspect of yoga. We will be spending a little extra time in each posture to allow the body time to release into the stretch and give the mind time to "let go". Longer held Yin and Restorative postures will be weaved into class to create a very luxurious and relaxing experience. This class is an opportunity to bring relaxation and peace to all practitioners, absolutely no experience needed. EXTRA GENTLE

Gentle Yoga - Tuesdays 10:00-11:00am

Breathe. Relax. Renew.  A balanced yoga class for all levels.  Slowly moving from one posture to the next with an emphasis on alignment and caring for the body.  Class ends with an extended relaxation. GENTLE

Peace. Love. Yoga + Meditation - Tuesdays 5:45-7:00pm

This is a themed yoga class with an emphasis on cultivating love, peace, & tranquility in body & mind. Class begins with a soothing meditation and mindful breathing, allowing the mind to quiet and the body to relax.  We slowly move from one posture to the next, releasing any tension built up in the body, giving ourselves the opportunity to feel the benefits of our yoga practice, we end our class with a longer meditation.  

Gentle Flow & Restore - Thursdays 6:00-7:15pm

Gently stretch the muscles in the body with love and care. Using yoga movements and postures to experience subtle, yet very effective stretches within the body. Class will end with restorative yoga postures, giving you the opportunity to completely settle in and relax the body. This is the perfect class for deep relaxation towards the end of the week! 

Yoga + Meditation - Saturdays 10:00-11:30am

This Hatha based yoga class focuses on bringing balance to mind, body, and spirit.  Mindfully moving through practice using breath, mudras, deep stretching with longer holds, and pauses thoughtfully weaved throughout.  This practice allows the breath to be steady, the mind to be still, and spirit to feel connected.  A beautiful practice for all to feel serene & balanced.

Incorporating reading, discussion, and contemplation of these teachings into your practice can move you forward on your path to liberation. Sharing these inspiring teachings in a safe, supportive group environment with discussion has the ability to bring the teachings to life, making it easier to apply concepts in our daily lives.
