As we move from the heat of summer into the shorter, cooler days of fall and winter, our bodies need to cleanse out the qualities of summer and invite in more nourishing practices that will support us through the fall and winter.
A seasonal cleanse can help you to feel lighter, brighter, and more invigorated as you make the shift from summer to fall. Inviting in practices that support vitality, endurance, and immunity, you'll be ready for the upcoming change in the seasons.

A Gentle Chair Yoga practice that will meet you exactly where you are!
In this 4-week session, we will move through gentle poses in the chair specifically designed to increase flexibility & vitality, build strength, and move us more deeply into ourselves. Connecting our breath to movements, we move with ease in and out of postures that nourish our body, mind, and spirit.
**Wonderful practice for all participants, no experience required!

Start your week off right with restorative yoga on Sunday evening! We’ll start with a little movement and then relax our way into several restorative poses that help to calm the nervous system and lead you into deep relaxation.
**This is perfect for the very beginner, no experience is needed for this very gentle Restorative Yoga Series.

Over the last year and a half this studio space has and continues to hold the beautiful souls that come into the space. It has held us through joys and tears, confusion and frustration, love and pain. It has been called, "a safe haven", "a cocoon of healing", "a yoga cave", and many express the peaceful energy they feel upon entering.
