Over the last 3 years Peaceful Plum Yoga Studio has and continues to hold the beautiful souls that come in here. It has held us through joys and tears, confusion and frustration, love and pain. It has been called, "a safe haven", "a cocoon of healing", "a yoga cave", and many express the peaceful energy they feel upon entering. 


It's a home away from home where we can show up fully to be our most authentic selves, no pretenses, no expectations, no comparisons, a sacred space where we can sink into our breath, look into our souls, and hear the whisper from within: 'Welcome Home.'

Settle in, relax, and journey within.
Listen to the healing sounds of Singing Bowls while being guided through Yoga Nidra (literally means Yogic Sleep).


Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a very relaxing state between waking and sleeping. While 'snuggling' in to complete comfort, the body sets up for total relaxation. By being guided systematically deeper and deeper into this meditative state, you are able to fully move inward and release the 'thinking mind', allowing yourself to completely relax.


**This is a perfect for all levels, no experience needed**

June 9th, July 14th, August 11th, September 15th, & October 13th

TIME: 3:00-5:00pm
COST: 

$125 entire series OR
$185 entire series + 1 private session with Shauna to receive a personalized practice (this is not limited to asana)


Each month Shauna will guide you through a Master Class to deepen and advance your practice.
You'll be led through practices that will include asana, pranayama, bandha, meditation, mudra, and more that are aligned with a specific teaching for the month.


There comes a time in our practice when we yearn for more, the asanas have served us, but we want the deeper teachings to go along with the physical practice. Master Class: The Deeper Teachings is meant to fill that yearning.


This class is intended for all serious students of yoga, yoga teachers and those who yearn for the deeper teachings of yoga.

ENLIGHTENED LIVING BOOK STUDY

WHEN: Saturdays

TIME: 11:45-12:45pm

**Free with weekly class attendance OR $10


Deepen your practice through the study of enlightening books. 

Incorporating reading, discussion, and contemplation of these teachings into your practice can move you forward on your path to liberation.


Sharing these inspiring teachings in a safe, supportive group environment with discussion has the ability to bring the teachings to life, making it easier to apply concepts in our daily lives. 


Enlightened Living Book Study is for those on the yogic path and are open to teachings and concepts to deepen your own journey.


We'll be reading the book as a group, however, it's still a good idea to purchase your own copy to have for reference.
