Come relax and restore your mind and body! 

Lots of props will be used to help make us super comfortable. Shawna will guide you through a breathing exercise and then we’ll simply relax into 3 or 4 poses. Absolutely lovely!

This restorative practice is gentle and body-kind for complete relaxation.

In our extremely busy world with too many calendar commitments, this is one you’ll want on the calendar. Can’t fit this in the calendar? Well, then you really need this! 

No previous yoga experience necessary – if you can lay down, you can do these restorative poses.

During this mini-retreat you will be taught the basics of Mindfulness while being guided through practices that will allow you to connect more deeply to yourself in the present moment, befriend whatever arises exactly as it is, and cultivate compassion for yourself along your journey.

Yoga Nidra with Shauna


TIME: 6:00-7:30pm


Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a very relaxing state between wakefulness and sleep. While 'snuggling' in to complete comfort, the body sets up for total relaxation. By being guided systematically deeper and deeper into this meditative state, we are able to fully move inward and release the 'thinking mind', allowing ourselves to completely relax.

This is such a nourishing practice and if you haven't participated in Yoga Nidra before, now is the time!

There is no experience necessary, if you can lay down, you can do Yoga Nidra! Bring yourself or make it a date night and prepare to enjoy the sweet benefits of deep relaxation in this Yoga Nidra!

Over the last 2 years this studio space has and continues to hold the beautiful souls that come in here. It has held us through joys and tears, confusion and frustration, love and pain. It has been called, "a safe haven", "a cocoon of healing", "a yoga cave", and many express the peaceful energy they feel upon entering. 

It's a home away from home where we can show up fully to be our most authentic selves, no pretenses, no expectations, no comparisons, a sacred space where we can sink into our breath, look into our souls, and hear the whisper from within: 'Welcome Home.'
