“We work very hard in our lives, and while we may sleep, we rarely take time to rest. Restorative yoga poses help us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely, During deep relaxation, all the organ systems of the body are benefited, and a few of the measurable results of deep relaxation are the reduction of blood pressure, serum triglycerides and blood sugar levels in the blood, the increase of the "good cholesterol" levels, as well as improvement in digestion, fertility, elimination, the reduction of muscle tension, insomnia and generalized fatigue.” – Judith Lasater

INVESTMENT IN PEACE: $15
Tibetan singing bowls have been used for centuries for meditation and de-stressing the body, mind and spirit because of their capacity to quickly create the etheric, calming sonic atmosphere needed to reach a state of inner peace.
Inner peace, defined by Wikipedia, is the deliberate state of psychological or spiritual calm despite the potential presence of stressors. Being "at peace”, the opposite of being stressed or anxious, is considered to be one of the cornerstones to good health.
“Singing bowls act as a medium in which our inner chaos and conflict can be reconfigured into a harmonious sense of calm centeredness that resonates through every cell of our body and mind.” Mitchell Gaynor MD.
This evening’s harmonic attunement will give you the opportunity to push your re-set button and bring you back to a state of inner peace, harmony and well-being.

Over the last 2 years this studio space has and continues to hold the beautiful souls that come in here. It has held us through joys and tears, confusion and frustration, love and pain. It has been called, "a safe haven", "a cocoon of healing", "a yoga cave", and many express the peaceful energy they feel upon entering.
It's a home away from home where we can show up fully to be our most authentic selves, no pretenses, no expectations, no comparisons, a sacred space where we can sink into our breath, look into our souls, and hear the whisper from within: 'Welcome Home.'
